Summary

Dr. Arshad Hussain is currently serving as Tenured Professor, NUST Institute of Civil Engineering, School of Civil & Environmental Engineering (SCEE), NUST, Islamabad. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Transportation Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Arshad has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience in various areas of Transportation Engineering with emphasis on Road material characterization, Pavement design and analysis, Pavement recycling/ rehabilitation, Asphalt binder modification, Performance based testing and specification. He has presented his research work at a significant number of international conferences and authored/ co-authored several peer-reviewed journal publications. He has supervised over 60 post-graduate thesis research studies and over 25 UG Final Year Design Projects. He has published over 70 international journal/ conference papers.
